Sorry I don't have pics of this cute bag yet.  If you don't know what a Baguette Bag is, just Google it!  It's been a staple in purse shapes for years & has been having a resurgence lately.

This fun Baguette set of templates was a customer request.  Her birthday just happens to be in April - hence The April Bag!

You'll need 2 templates to create the bag: the Gusset plus the Body Template.

You'll need to choose between the Full Body Template or the Half Body Template.

• With the Half Template, you'll fold your fabrics vertically in half and place the folded edge along the straight edge of the template where it's marked "Fold".
• Or use the Full Template for faster cutting or when working with vinyl, cork, faux leather or laminated fabrics - any fabric that is difficult to fold or that would leave a crease when folding.

The Gusset Template works with either of the above.  You'll place your fabric on the fold for this one either way.  If you haven't added a Gusset before, they're actually pretty easy.  It gives you a little more space for all of those things you need in your bag.  

BTW - I have the templates available individually but if you want to make a Baguette Bag, you'll need the Body and Gusset.  But the Body Templates work all by themselves to make a cute purse, too - but not a Baguette!  (I'll show some samples in the upcoming video so you can make a more informed choice.)

Unlike those cute, little baguettes, this one is a pretty good size and can be used as your everyday purse to hold all of the necessities plus more....

Want a different size?  That may just be in the works!

No video or directions yet but stay tuned.  Like all of my other templates, you can reference other videos and directions to complete this project.  The template just makes them faster, easier and better!
