It's sometimes called a Half Moon or Persimmon Pouch or a Clam Shell. It's a cute little zipper pouch that offers lots of options. Whether you're featuring a beautiful or cute fabric or a specialty fabric like cork, vinyl or faux leather, there are so many possibilities. It's the perfect scrap buster and it works well for a Quilt As You Go project.
There are lots of patterns on the web but you'll love my templates because of the No Slip Backing and the Box Bottom Cut Marks. These ensure accurate and quick cuts!
My Dumpling Templates now come in 6 sizes - 5", 6", 7", 8", 9" and 10".
The measurement comes from the bottom middle to the top middle. Your finished dumpling will be shorter because of the boxed bottoms.
