Whether you make a pair of mittens for practical use or make them pretty to dress up an outfit, they are so much fun to stitch up.  And they are quick, too~! 

The design of the template is simple so they're quick to make.  But what make this even better are the 2 Cut Marks that make cutting into the thumb area possible with a rotary cutter!  This wouldn't be possible with an acrylic template!

(Note: templates come etched with the name but not colored.  I've used my Metallic Template Markers to highlight.)

BTW - this template makes assembly line cutting & sewing easy so why not stitch up a bunch of extras as a donation or keep extras in your car for anyone that you see that might be in need.

This size and style was designed to work with felted sweaters but they can also be made with Minky fabrics and other stretchy materials.  I've left my unlined, but you could add a thin lining or even a cuff.

This template makes mittens to fit the average hand but your material choice can produce smaller or larger mittens.  Need a larger or smaller size for different material?  Let me know & I'll get it done!
