This cute project was the brainstorm & creation of my friend, Pat Hahn.  Don't you love her fabric & embellishment choices?! We all have blue jeans that could use a second life.  Use the back pockets from the blue jeans or create your own with my Pocket Template from the blue jean material left over.

If you like to recycle like I do, these aprons can be made from tablecloths, curtains or even throw pillows.  Or grab your food & kitchen themed cotton fabrics & make reversible aprons.  You're likely to have holiday & themed fabrics that are favorites - sports teams, dogs or cats, favorite superhero or movie characters. People love wearing what they love!  Add a ruffle or not.  Mix it up to see what you like best!

BTW - the pics of the Apron Template were from my 1st draft.  The final template is actually a little shorter than shown.  

Want a pocket but not sure which to choose?  Pocket #6 & #7 are the same height but #7 is 1/2" wider & angles in more at the bottom to create more of a point.  You may prefer one versus the other!
