If you like my Box Bag Template, you'll love this 6 Sided Bag Template!

(As you can see, it makes the perfect Cat Basket~)

The Box Bag Template is a bit wider than this so you only stitch 4 together.  As you can guess from the name of this template, you'll stitch 6 of these together for the outside and 6 together for the lining.  It adds a bit more shape and movement and I think it makes a cuter bag!

You can dress it up by adding a casing at the top for a drawstring like the gold sample shown here.  With a lightweight interfacing, it makes a nice bag, offering lots of opportunity to play with fabric choices.

Or use a Fusible Foam and a lightweight interfacing to create a fun storage basket like my black and white sample. 

Either style, pockets are easy to create using the template.  The gold has two pockets sewn at the same time as you sew the sides together.  I didn't add pockets on the black and white but next time I will add them for outside storage - how fun!
